We are seeking a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team, responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support for electric bikes in the German market.
This role involves ensuring excellent customer experience through proactive issue resolution, maintaining client relationships, and providing high-quality service. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing incoming queries, responding to calls and emails from enterprise clients, and recording required data elements in CRM for follow-up and qualitative support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage incoming customer inquiries regarding technical issues.
* Respond to incoming calls and emails from enterprise clients.
* Ensure prompt resolution of customer queries.
* Maintain positive client relationships through product support over the phone.
Requirements:
* Native level of German and fluency in English.
* Previous experience in Technical Support (at least 6 months).
* Excellent communication skills (written and oral).
* Ability to operate in high-pressure situations.
* Team player with enthusiasm and self-motivation.
