Your MissionYou will take full ownership of the brand across strategy, communication, and execution:1. Brand Strategy & PositioningDefine and develop the brand identity (tone of voice, positioning, visual direction)Build a strong, recognizable brand for an international, nightlife-oriented audienceEnsure consistency across all digital channels2. Marketing & GrowthDesign and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness and bookingsLaunch and manage campaigns (online & offline)Identify strategic partnerships (hostels, hotels, tourism actors, influencers)Optimize customer acquisition and brand visibility3. Social Media & ContentManage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Tik Tok, etc.)Create engaging, viral, and community-driven contentCollaborate with creators, photographers, and videographersCapture and leverage user-generated content4. Operations & Customer ExperienceUnderstand the customer journey remotely through analytics and feedbackCoordinate with local teams to ensure brand consistency on-siteGather insights and continuously improve the experienceRequirements
