Main Tasks And ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the delivery component of a portfolio of products, projects, and software development teams;
Coordinate planning and estimations, ensuring technical alignment across teams;
Lead the implementation of the technical strategy within your domain of responsibility;
Balance hands-on technical involvement with people and process management (Tech Leads, Developers, and QAs);
Promote the adoption of guidelines, standards, and best practices in architecture, engineering, and quality, ensuring excellence in the delivery of products and projects;
RequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
At least 4 years of experience as an Engineering Leader/Manager in Software Development;
Solid hands-on experience with some of these technologies: .
Net, Angular, React, Android, RAD, Kubernetes, GCP;
Previous experience in AI and User Experience (UX, UI and A11y) will be valued;
Analytical mindset;
Ability to make well-informed decisions and drive process improvements;
