Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or similar.7+ years of experience.Deep technical knowledge of network infrastructures (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers) and administration of Windows Server and Linux operating systems.Proficiency in virtualized environments (VMware, Hyper-V) and hybrid cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), including advanced resource management and security.Familiarity with and application of Service Management methodologies (ITIL, ISO ***** or similar).

Perform advanced technical interventions and provide specialized consultancy on LAN/WAN infrastructures, Wi-Fi, firewalls, load balancers, printers, cabling, and operating systems, promoting the continuous optimization of technological resources.Manage and optimize virtualization and hybrid cloud environments, ensuring efficient integration, scalability, and security.Define, implement, and test robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity policies, ensuring the protection of critical data and continuity of operations in contingency situations.Ensure high-quality technical support for complex incidents and issues, including on-site and remote assistance, with a proactive approach and effective communication with senior stakeholders.What We Offer?
