This is a high-impact role for a data-driven, strategic, and hands-on digital marketer with strong experience in performance channels and conversion.We are a small, agile and entrepreneurial structure with a strong product offering in the health & wellness space.

Key ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the global digital marketing strategy to increase direct customer acquisition & online salesManage and optimize paid media campaigns (Affiliation, Native, Meta, Google, programmatic) with a strong focus on ROAS and performance.Lead conversion optimization initiatives (CRO), including A/B testing, landing page improvement, funnel optimization.Track and analyze KPIs such as conversion rates, acquisition cost, ROAS, LTV, etc.Collaborate with product, content, e-commerce, and CRM teams to align digital strategy with business goals.
What We're Looking ForExperience:5 to 10 years in digital marketing, ideally in consumer-facing industries (e-commerce, wellness, beauty, nutrition...).
Proven track record in performance marketing and online customer acquisition.Previous experience in fast-paced or international environments is a plus.Skills & Tools: Strong command of acquisition platforms, GA4, GTM, Looker StudioExperience with affiliate marketing platforms (e.g. Awin, Impact, Rakuten, or similar) and partner management.Comfortable with analytics tools and performance reporting.Excellent analytical and budget management skills.Mindset:Results-driven, autonomous and hands-on.Growth-oriented, curious, and proactive.Excellent communication skills in French (Other European languages are a bonus).
