About The Role
We are seeking an experienced QA Lead Consultant based to support a large-scale transformation program within the retail sector. The role is responsible for leading QA activities across multiple squads.
The ideal candidate brings strong experience in complex, multi-system projects and is comfortable operating in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate QA activities across multiple development teams
* Own end-to-end (E2E) testing readiness, ensuring alignment across systems and stakeholders
* Oversee test data preparation and validation across systems
* Manage defect lifecycle: triage, prioritization, and resolution follow-up with dev teams
* Provide clear reporting on QA progress, risks, and quality metrics to stakeholders
Requirements
* Proven experience as a QA Lead / QA Manager in large-scale, complex projects
* Hands-on experience with E2E testing coordination across multiple teams/systems
* Solid experience in defect management and QA governance
* Ability to manage cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced delivery environments
* Experience working in Agile / distributed team setups
Nice to Have
* Experience with CRM platforms and loyalty/marketing systems
* Prior exposure to retail or omnichannel environments
* Familiarity with tools such as JIRA/Zephyr, Test Management platforms, or similar
