You'll gain a strong foundation in core investment banking skills, including: 3-Statement Financial Modeling Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) Analysis Trading Comparables (Comps) Precedent Transactions Advanced Excel & PowerPoint techniques Industry Research & Sourcing Strategies Real-World Experience (Weeks 3-10):Following successful completion of the initial training and assessments, you'll be introduced to a Managing Director or Partner at one of our boutique investment bank partners. For the next eight weeks, you'll work directly on live projects, providing invaluable support with: Pitch Book Development Valuation Analysis (Comps, DCFs) Financial Modeling Sourcing & Due Diligence Industry and Company Research And other critical tasks to support ongoing deals. Mentorship & Feedback:Our partner firms are committed to providing a structured learning environment with a minimum of one 30-minute weekly call for deliverables, feedback, and guidance. This ensures you're actively engaged and continuously developing.This is an unpaid internship designed for high-potential students seeking practical experience and a significant resume boost.
