Job Description We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead key projects within the Corporate IT department at Autodoc.
This role requires a strategic leader who excels in cross-functional collaboration, process optimization and structured delivery.
The Project Manager will drive end-to-end planning and execution of high-impact projects across multiple areas in Corporate IT such as Supply Chain, Finance, People, Legal and IT Operations.
By delivering strategic initiatives aligned with business goals, this role directly contributes to increased operational efficiency, reduced costs and sustained organizational growth.
Responsibilities Define project scope and goals in alignment with strategic business requirements.
Establish project management and governance framework and ensure adherence to these.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets; track adherence and adjust as needed.
Monitor and control project timelines, ensuring milestones are met and delays are addressed proactively.
Drive effective collaboration inside the project team by assembling, assigning responsibilities and leading cross-functional project teams.
Deliver clear and timely communication across all levels, serving as the primary point of contact between stakeholders, internal teams, and external vendors.
Report on project status, progress, and performance (KPIs) to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
Establish and manage dedicated communication channels for internal and external teams.
Identify and manage RAID (risks, assumptions, issues, dependencies); develop and implement mitigation and contingency plans proactively.
Lead change management efforts to promote user adoption and minimize business disruption.
Manage testing, validation and post-implementation review to ensure project success and operational stability.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, timelines, status reports, risk logs and lessons learned.

Resolve resource allocation conflicts and align schedules across teams to meet delivery goals.
Perform other tasks delegated by the supervisor within the framework of the employment contract.
Qualifications University Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Master's degree is a plus)
