* Proven experience as a Scrum Master in software or agile project teams.
* Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is a plus.
* Fluency in French (required) and good command of English.
* Servant leadership mindset and strong facilitation skills.
* Experience in agile environments and Scrum/SAFe methodologies.
* Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and coaching abilities.
