Customer Support Specialist (m/f/d) - English, Spanish and Portuguese Speaker
A Shared Service Center is looking for a Customer Care Specialist (m/f/d) - English, Spanish and Portuguese Speaker.
Your new role
1. Ensure all orders are placed & validated accurately within the order cut-off time.
2. Manage Order Management, Customer contact, liaison with 3PLs and Market functions, and Customer Masterdata.
3. Maintain & review EDI orders, including reviewing blocked orders, and manage Customer portals & catalogues.
4. Create Backorder & Delivery Notification Reports.
5. Manage email inbox, responding quickly and efficiently to queries and requests.
6. Perform Daily Order Checks to prevent delays by maintaining and updating order blocks.
7. Respond to customer phone calls, ensuring queries are answered efficiently.
8. Measure success with clear objectives and KPI reports supporting daily activity and performance.
What you need to be successful
1. Coordinate and assist with audit requirements.
2. Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, advanced Excel, and have a full understanding of SAP Sales and Distribution modules.
3. Knowledge of internal/external processes to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
4. Proven experience in Customer Service and order entry.
5. Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, both spoken and written.
