Job Overview:
The Role Model (RM) is responsible for driving sales growth and ensuring operational efficiency in Money Transfer and Foreign Exchange activities. The RM will manage a team to achieve this goal, analyzing customer needs, planning staffing, and reviewing pricing policies.
Main Responsibilities:
* Sales Growth and Promotion: Lead the team to increase sales, identify customer requirements, plan existing manpower, review pricing policies, design promotions, and detect new business areas.
* Financial Objectives: Analyze sales figures, compare with forecasts, initiate corrective actions, analyze trends, and participate in budget preparation.
* Staff Management: Handle staffing issues, conduct interviews, appraisals, and performance reviews, provide training, coach employees, and maintain store staff job results.
* Quality and Customer Service: Ensure quality, customer service, security, and health and safety standards are met, resolve branch issues, schedule meetings, and tour the sales floor regularly.
Requirements:
* High level of English and Spanish, both written and oral.
* Ability to work in the field, in close contact with employees and customers.
* Previous experience in sector such as Foreign Exchange or similar financial services would be an asset.
* Mandatory experience in achieving significant sales targets.
* Demonstrated experience in managing large groups of employees.
