It provides both original content and popular international titles, including series, films, and sports events like football and boxing.What you will be doing: Listen to customers' questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions; offer the most complete and qualitative answers by handling level 1 customer requests by telephone. Ensure follow-up of customer requests and respect commitments made and work closely with in-house teams and make suggestions to optimize our internal processes.
