Job Description
We are hiring a
Senior Asset Manager
with strong experience in M&A execution, fundraising, and real asset investments. The role focuses on capital raising, transaction execution, financing structuring, and post-investment asset management across hospitality and real estate portfolios. The ideal candidate will support financial modeling, SPA support, due diligence, and bank negotiations, while working closely with senior management on value creation and exit strategies.
Key Competences
Execute buy-side M&A transactions from origination to closing
Lead and support fundraising activities (LP relations, investor presentations, capital raising)
Build and review financial models and valuations (DCF, LBO)
Support SPA negotiation, due diligence coordination, and transaction closing
Manage bank financing and debt structuring processes
Monitor asset performance, KPIs, and value creation initiatives
Support portfolio optimization and exit preparation
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or related fields (NOVA SBE or top-tier business schools preferred)
10+ years of professional experience in asset management, private equity, real estate investment, or investment banking
Strong background in M&A, fundraising, and structured finance
Advanced financial modeling and analytical skills
Solid knowledge of the Portuguese investment and real estate market
Fluent in Portuguese and English
