Job Summary
* Analyze and advise clients on how to set up, optimize and organize effectiveness into their SSC/GBS/GCC centers (Retained, Outsourced, Captive, Partially Captive or Hybrid models) leveraging transformation methodologies and assets through application of Business Excellence and Business Transformation practices towards the improvement of key performance metrics.
* Support activities leading to define opportunities to create tangible value for the client by being involved in current state assessments and identifying opportunities to increase the business function's efficiency through processes or models that address the issue (s) and developing the business case and transformation journey plan (s) to achieve the right value led outcomes for the client.
* Responsible for managing and executing transition/ knowledge transfer activities within a defined wave of transition. This role ensures that all training, documentation, and onboarding processes are aligned with the transition strategy and delivered effectively across sending and receiving locations.
* Act as the central coordinator for KT planning, execution, and reporting, ensuring readiness and proficiency of knowledge recipients
Key Responsibilities
* You will be involved in setting up new GBS and GCCs and their transformation from a cost center into a strategic growth enabler, embedding innovation and agility at every level.
* You will drive, build, scale, and optimize multi-tower global operations (e.g. Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, Marketing, etc.)
* Partner with client leads to understand business priority and operational challenges being able to support driving workshops to understand Scope and Processes details at different levels including technical feasibility assessment when required
* Use Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools to drive Continuous Improvement approaches
* Design and Develop real world solutions to resolve client business needs proposing and defining transformation/optimization/automation scope of processes.
* Design and Deliver high-level transformation/optimization/Automated Solution roadmaps
* Develop, support and articulate proof of concept for clients including assisting in providing inputs for strategy, scope, staffing, engagement setup and execution.
* Work on Operations Transformation projects-based solutions - end-to-end delivery of specific work-streams covering problem structuring and solving, communication of solutions, client engagement and stakeholder management
* Develop new methodologies and assets to support Transformation projects applying Art of Possible methods when required
* Work with deal teams or Go to Market leads to provide subject matter expertise and industry / offering insights for important client proposals and RFPs.
* Deliver E2E transformation programs, from discovery and design to transition, stabilization, and optimization
* Lead AI-powered automation and analytics initiatives delivering significant productivity gains
* Design and implement global delivery models and governance structures
* Partner with Client leadership to define GBS operating models and transformation roadmaps
* When driving the Process Analyst role, he/she will be involved in conducting Diagnostics at an Organization and Process level using the assets & tools (such as Celonis, AIDT, Playbooks, PMM, etc.) & implementing the interventions found and recommended into the PA role scope.
* Ensure continuous knowledge development on Transformation techniques and assets through trainings, conferences, news, social networks or any other way which might keep his role updated.
* Support coordinating end-to-end transition programs across business functions, geographies, and service lines with the view to ensure seamless operational shifts, risks mitigation, and to enable business continuity while aligning with strategic objectives. Work closely with the Transition Manager to oversee planning, execution, stakeholder engagement, and post-transition stabilization.
