It offers a structured and professional environment, providing opportunities for growth and development within its team.Descrição The main duties will be:Supporting the drafting and negotiation of contracts, and coordinating & managing documentation alongside the Legal and Compliance departments.Ensuring the integrity and continuous updating of databases (client info, contacts, accounts data quality, opportunities, properties), digital tools, and the websites.Managing market intel through information exchange, qualifying new clients (cold calls and reception), and actively following up on ongoing processes.Support on the preparation of commercial documents, pitches, provide background information on various topics and other professional documentation when required using MS365 (PPT, Word, Excel).Organisation and coordination of internal meetings, as well as event planning for important corporate events in sync with our marketing team.General administrative & operational support such as: administrative follow-up of projects, expenses reporting, travel coordination (including flights, hotels, transport, etc.), invoicing tasks or support the Admin and assistants team and/or other departments when required.Perfil ideal The successful applicant will have:BA Degree in relevant areas;Proven experience in a similar role;Native level of Portuguese and proficient level of English.Strong proficiency in MS Office (special proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).Communication skills.Problem-solving approach.Excellent teamwork skills.Proactivity, initiative, and autonomy.Eager to learn and innovate.Knowledge of the Real Estate market will be a plus.Vantagens We offer a dynamic position in a fast-paced environment with a competitive package and career progression.#J-18808-Ljbffr
