Job Summary
The Compliance Manager Leader plays a pivotal role in the success of our organization by ensuring the implementation and enforcement of policies and procedures related to third-party compliance. Reporting to the Compliance Center of Excellence, this professional will work closely with various teams, including legal counsel, to identify, assess, and develop action plans for mitigating risk associated with third-party vendors.

Main Responsibilities:
* This role will support the Compliance CoE and Senior Compliance leader in managing third-party and business compliance risk.
* The Compliance Manager Leader will provide regulatory and compliance advice to businesses/operational teams within the region.
* Key responsibilities include establishing compliance priorities, identifying/addressing gaps, and leading projects to ensure regional operations comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
