This role defines and executes customer and channel strategy, builds strong partnerships with key retailers and ensures our brands are activated in a way that creates value for consumers, customers and Opella.You will lead commercial plans end‐to‐end (from strategy to execution) while working closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver sustainable growth, strong financial results and outstanding customer satisfaction.Main ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the commercial strategy for Mass Market Retailers, including customer segmentation, channel priorities and growth plans.Build and lead strong, long‐term partnerships with key customers, negotiating annual business plans, new listings and sustainable promotional strategies.Deliver financial targets and brand performance through disciplined planning, forecasting and effective management of trade investments based on return on investment.Drive excellence in execution, ensuring agreed plans are activated in‐store and online, and continuously improving the consumer experience across physical and digital touchpoints.Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Shopper Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance and Revenue teams to solve issues, improve ways of working and ensure seamless execution.Monitor market trends, shopper behavior and competitor activity to identify opportunities, anticipate risks and fuel innovation.About YouProven experience in a Key Account Manager–type role within Mass Market in Portugal, managing large retail customers end‐to‐end, ideally within FMCG or Consumer Healthcare (FMCH) environments.Strong ability to work with autonomy, owning customer strategy, negotiations and execution while being accountable for results.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with both senior customer counterparts and cross‐functional internal teams.Solid commercial mindset, including experience in negotiation, forecasting, budget management and performance tracking, with a focus on value creation and return on investment.Comfortable operating in dynamic, fast‐paced environments, balancing strategic thinking with hands‐on execution.Curious, proactive and solution‐oriented, with a genuine interest in innovation across physical retail and e‐commerce.Fluent in Portuguese and English.#J-18808-Ljbffr
