Job Opening: Senior Cloud Engineer
Responsibilities
- Ensure high availability, resiliency, and efficiency of the hosting platform on OutSystems Cloud, supporting various products aimed at global markets.
- Develop tools and infrastructure for deployment, monitoring, and management of production services.
- Optimize solutions for ease of use, reusability, and scalability.
- Document implementation details, design, usage, maintenance, and deployment procedures.
- Work within agile frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Participate in 24x7 shift rotations as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Computer Science or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in software development or operations.
- 3+ years of experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments).
- Experience with Kubernetes/Docker, DevOps, CI/CD, or SRE environments.
- Advanced knowledge of cloud configuration, IaC, load balancing, scaling, monitoring, alerting, and networking.
- Ability to design and implement automation infrastructure solutions.
- Proficiency in programming languages, with willingness to learn Golang.
- Understanding of distributed systems, reactive messaging, and debugging tools.
- Hands-on approach with troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams.
- Good command of English.
