We are a looking for Senior Consultant service in APPIAN solution; a senior or expert tech lead who has significant expertise in complex APPIAN project and who would be supporting us on complex topics, integrating Appian Development team and supporting several environments and the implementation of new project scope.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with project managers and key clients to define and refine business processes ;
2. Assist clients in identifying additional business process opportunities utilizing Appian software ;
3. Gather functional and technical system requirements to inform project design ;
4. Design and implement BPM-based solutions using Appian BPM software ;
5. Write technical specifications for developed solutions ;
6. Participate in product testing of delivered solutions to ensure quality and compliance with standards ;
7. Follow internal delivery processes and standards throughout project execution.
Your Profile
8. Proven expertise in designing and implementing BPM or similar solutions (, test automation) ;
9. Strong knowledge of consulting methodologies, including process mapping ;
10. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience working in cross-functional teams ;
11. Proficient in database concepts, with experience in major databases such as Oracle, SQL Server, and MySQL ;
12. Expertise in Java development (Java Core 7+) ;
13. Proficient in JSON or similar data structures (, XML) ;
14. Expertise of database concepts and on any one of the major databases Oracle, SQL Server & MySQL, RDBMS databases;
15. Knowledge of additional technologies/programming languages including SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, and RESTful Services ;
16. Troubleshooting expertise from a development perspective ;
17. Experience collaborating in cross-functional teams and multicultural environments.
Nice to have
18. Experience with IDEs such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, or similar ;
19. Knowledge of additional technologies/programming languages including SQL, JavaScript, Web Services, and RESTful Services ;
20. Troubleshooting expertise from a development perspective ;
