Your New Role
As an AI Engineer, you will play a key role in scaling, deploying, and operationalizing AI across global platform. You will work at the intersection of engineering, data science, and product, turning machine learning models into highly reliable, scalable services that power real-world retail use cases.
You will design, build, and maintain end-to-end AI services, create efficient pipelines, optimize model performance, and ensure that AI solutions deliver measurable business impact.
You will collaborate closely with Data Science, Backend, Mobile, and Product teams, taking full ownership of the quality, performance, and reliability of the AI systems you deliver.
What you need to succeed
Strong experience with Python and building production-grade AI services (FastAPI, gRPC).
Hands-on experience deploying and optimizing models (PyTorch, TensorFlow, ONNX, XGBoost/LightGBM).
Solid understanding of ML pipelines, feature engineering, ETL/ELT workflows, and data architecture.
Strong SQL skills and experience with data modeling (PostgreSQL/SQL Server).
Experience with MLOps practices:
model versioning, CI/CD for ML, Docker, Kubernetes, monitoring, automation.
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and event streaming technologies (Kafka, etc.
Fluent English
