Right now, we are looking for aSenior Digital Workplace Engineerfor a client on our Talent Team.
Your responsibilities include:
Manage and continuously improve the modern device lifecycle for Windows and Android environments, ensuring stability, performance, compliance, and scalability.
Implement, configure, and optimize Microsoft Intune and MDM solutions, including security baselines, configuration profiles, compliance policies, and update management.
Drive automated vulnerability remediation with a focus on permanent fixes, recurrence reduction, and operational improvement.
Develop automation and self-healing solutions using Power Shell scripting and AI-driven approaches.
Manage and secure mobile and specialized devices (PDAs, tablets, operational devices), ensuring data protection and application control.
Administer and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Share Point Online, and Microsoft Teams.
Proactively monitor Digital Workplace performance, availability, and service quality, resolving complex technical incidents and problems.
Create and maintain clear, reusable, and up-to-date technical documentation.
You must have:
Solid experience as a Digital Workplace / Modern Workplace / End User Computing Engineer.
Strong expertise in:
Microsoft 365
Active Directory (hybrid environments)
Good knowledge of:
Power Shell scripting (automation, Conditional Access, identity management)
DNS and SMTP
MDM tools and mobile device management
Proven ability to automate operations, implement remediation solutions, and reduce manual intervention.
Knowledge of Networking and Linux systems is valued.
