As a
Senior Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys Consultant
, you will be a key expert in
customer engagement, real-time marketing, and journey orchestration
. You will help enterprise clients turn customer data into meaningful, personalized, and compliant omnichannel experiences.
You will work in
international, agile delivery teams
, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams — owning solutions end-to-end, from discovery to delivery and optimization.
?? What You'll Be Doing
Act as the
Subject Matter Expert
for
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys (Real-Time Marketing)
Analyze complex
customer, marketing, and business requirements
in multi-country environments
Translate business needs into
scalable, high-performing customer journeys
Design, configure, and optimize:
Real-time customer journeys
Event-based and trigger-driven interactions
Advanced segmentation and audience management
Outbound channels such as
Email, SMS, Push Notifications
, and more
Design and implement
consent, preference, and subscription management
, ensuring full
GDPR and local regulatory compliance
Define functional and technical solutions aligned with:
Dynamics 365 Sales & Customer Service
External marketing, data, and engagement platforms
Design and support
integrations
between Customer Insights – Journeys and:
Websites and digital touchpoints
Data platforms and enterprise systems
External tooling
Ensure
data quality, performance, scalability, and reusability
of journey components
Work in an
agile delivery model
, taking ownership of
end-to-end outcomes
Coordinate across
multiple projects and international stakeholders
Provide
functional leadership and mentoring
to consultants and developers
Create clear documentation and support
adoption, knowledge transfer, and enablement
Proactively advise on
best practices, improvements, and roadmap decisions
within the Customer Insights ecosystem.
?? What We're Looking For
7+ years
of experience as a
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant and/or Developer
Strong hands-on expertise
with
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights – Journeys
Proven experience delivering
complex, real-time customer journeys
in enterprise environments
Solid understanding of
CRM data models
and
customer lifecycle management
Experience working closely with
IT teams
(architecture, security, integrations, operations)
Hands-on experience with the
Microsoft Power Platform

Power Automate
Power BI
Strong analytical skills with excellent
communication and stakeholder management
Proactive, advisory mindset with the ability to work independently
Fluent English
(spoken and written)
Relevant Microsoft certifications:
Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
Power Platform
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant
Experience in
scaled agile environments
(e.g., SAFe)
Comfortable working in
complex, global, and multi-stakeholder landscapes
