Match Profiler is an Information Systems consultant who has been working in the national and international market since ****. We have multidisciplinary skills and IT know-how that allow us to contribute, optimize and progress with our clients. We are currently recruiting, for integration in our internal team/client, professionals with the following profile:
Salesforce Data Cloud Consultant - Hybrid (Lisbon or Porto)
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Salesforce Data Cloud solutions tailored to healthcare use cases.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather data requirements and define data models, identity resolution strategies, and segmentation logic.
- Integrate data from multiple sources (EHRs, CRMs, marketing platforms, etc.) into Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare data regulations (e.G., HIPAA, GDPR) and internal governance policies.
- Develop and maintain data ingestion pipelines, harmonization rules, and calculated insights.
- Support analytics and reporting teams with unified data views and actionable insights.
- Provide training and documentation for business users and technical teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 1+ year with Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, identity resolution, and real-time data processing.
- Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of patient data, privacy regulations, and interoperability standards (e.G., HL7, FHIR).
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem tools (e.G., Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud, MuleSoft).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Nice-to-have
- Salesforce certifications (e.G., Data Cloud Consultant, Marketing Cloud, Health Cloud).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.G., Tableau, CRM Analytics).
- Knowledge of cloud data platforms (e.G., Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
