We are looking for a Big Data Engineer for a hybrid project based in Porto (2x/Week).
Requirements:
* +4 years of experience as a Data Engineer;
* Experience with Big Data and NoSQL Technology (Hadoop, HDFS, Hive, Kerberos);
* Experience with (Oracle, Hive);
* Optimization and performance improvement experience will be a plus (Shell Script; Execution plan);
* Knowledge in languages (Python, Spark, PySpark, Scala);
* Familiarity with DevOps concepts;
* Experience with XL Release and XL Deploy;
* Analyze and test different design solutions;
* Investigate data issues and lead the steps towards their resolution;
* Good oral and written English (min B2).
