About the Role
We're seeking talented individuals to join various Financial teams, including Record to Report, Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Financial Analysis, and Master Data. This role will support European markets and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
As a Billing Specialist, you'll be responsible for collecting customer billable data, posting and sending invoices, credit notes, and rebates. You'll also manage internal/external queries, utilize Ticketing tools, and strengthen relationships with partners and stakeholders. Proactive approach to data quality and process improvement is essential.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* University degree (Finance/Accounting/Management related fields preferred)
* Fluency in French
* Relevant work experience in Billing, shared service centers, accounting, or business areas
* Experience with Office applications and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
* Ability to work under pressure, detail-oriented, professional attitude, reliable, and able to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
