About the Position:
To support and respond to our needs, we are now looking for an VBA Developer to join a dynamic team in the Lisbon area, under a hybrid arrangement.
What are you going to do ?
* Develop and maintain VBA solutions in Excel and Access to automate business processes;
* Design and implement macros, scripts, and automated workflows;
* Integrate Excel and Access tools with SQL databases for data extraction, transformation, and reporting;
* Maintain and improve existing VBA applications and internal tools;
* Collaborate directly with business units to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions;
* Develop Python scripts to support automation and data processing where applicable;
* Troubleshoot issues, optimize performance, and ensure reliability of automation tools;
* Document solutions and provide guidance to users when needed.
What we are looking for?
* At lesast 4 years of experience in a similar role;
* Experience developing and maintaining automation solutions using VBA in Excel;
* Ability to create and maintain Access databases and automate processes using VBA;
* Experience writing SQL queries for data extraction, analysis, and reporting;
* Ability to communicate effectively in English in a professional environment;
* Comfortable working independently and collaborating directly with business stakeholders;
* Experience developing Python scripts to support automation or data processing;
* Good level of English
