About Our Client
Our client is looking for a Project Manager to grow our team of dedicated professionals in the Property Management Department. We are seeking highly motivated individuals with experience across various project types and adaptable to different work environments.
Job Description
1. Manage all aspects of project management (budget, schedule, procurement, quality & risk) for real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
2. Read, understand, and apply standard to moderately complex documents related to real estate projects, such as agreements, contracts, leases, project charters, surveys, and drawings.
3. Interface with clients to define project requirements, prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates, budgets, schedules, quality control plans, and risk assessments.
4. Identify and select project delivery resources, conduct RFPs, analyze bids, and recommend resources to clients.
5. Lead project teams, providing guidance to achieve project goals.
6. Implement communication plans, facilitate meetings, and document project progress and decisions.
7. Ensure project documentation governance, data integrity, and timely updates aligned with company and client standards.
The Successful Applicant
Bachelor's degree (BA/BS/BEng/BArch) in a technical field (Electrical, Mechanical, Civil Engineering, Architecture). Minimum of seven years of relevant experience. Experience in Retail, Offices, & Logistics is a plus. PMP or similar certification preferred. Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English; Spanish knowledge is a plus. Strong organizational, analytical, and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and understanding of architectural drawings, leases, contracts, and construction practices.
