We are currently looking for IT Risk Project Managers to join a Cybersecurity & Digital Fraud division within a leading international banking group.
This role will be part of the CyberProgram team, supporting the rollout of cybersecurity requirements across multiple entities, ensuring risk mitigation, evidence collection and governance alignment.
Your Mission
You will be responsible for steering cybersecurity initiatives and supporting IT risk governance across different business entities, ensuring maturity targets are met and properly evidenced.
Key responsibilities include:
Leading the rollout of cybersecurity requirements
Managing risk monitoring and mitigation follow-up
Coordinating evidence collection and validation
Supporting gap analysis and maturity assessments
Working closely with technical teams (Secure Development, IAM, Third Party Management)
Collaborating with Risk & Security Management teams
Preparing executive-level dashboards and status reports
Steering committees and stakeholder alignment
What We Are Looking For:
3+ years managing Infrastructure / Cybersecurity projects
Solid experience in IT Risk Management or Cyber Governance
Experience in structured reporting and stakeholder management
Strong knowledge of cybersecurity concepts
Experience with risk mitigation tracking and evidence management
Advanced English (mandatory)
French is a plus
Nice to have:
Experience in regulated environments (banking, finance, public sector)
Familiarity with Agile methodologies
Experience with Power BI
