What you\'ll do
Pre-reconciliation of the Corporation action against external data vendor/MT566 (Golden copy)
Corporate action processing/ products adjustment
Life cycle management of all types of OTC and listed derivatives
Follow-up on the dividend claims linked to collateral/sec.
Finance
Troubles shooting a variety of issues from Trading, Treasury, Sales, Risk and Reconciliation
Cash/Security breaks investigation and resolution
Continuously improvement of internal processes
Project involvement
What you\'ll need
Bachelor or Master degree in Finance or Economics
Previous experience in Corporate Action/Dividends adjustment an advantage
Good knowledge of derivatives and financial markets
Good Excel knowledge
Nice to have
Understanding of Securities Finance/ Securities Lending/ Collateral Management
SOPHIS knowledge
VBA
