As a Customer Experience Professional, you will be responsible for owning and growing relationships with key financial institutions worldwide. You will guide clients through their journey, from onboarding to long-term adoption and satisfaction.
This role involves partnering cross-functionally with Sales, Services, Support, and Product teams to drive strategic growth and retention. You will also influence product direction by bringing customer feedback into the roadmap.

Requirements:

* Knowledge of financial markets, fixed income, derivatives, forex, investment, trading, stocks
* Experience managing banks as customers
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills
* Familiarity with CRM tools and customer success platforms is a plus
