Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive support to the Business Partner in the vehicle purchase and sales process, utilizing your German language skills.
Manage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance.
Coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad.
Ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both Dutch and English.
Work within an area requiring strong business management support.
Required Skills:
Fluent in Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Clear and effective communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in managing contracts and documentation.
Good English communication skills.
Preferred: Knowledge of logistics and transport processes.
Preferred: Previous experience in administrative support or business management roles.
Benefits:
Attractive base salary: €1,600
Meal allowance: €7 per day
Quarterly bonuses: Up to €450
Office hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (Monday to Friday)
