We are looking for a Product Owner.Responsabilities: Own and manage the product backlog; Translate business requirements provided by Product Managers into clear user stories, acceptance criteria and delivery-ready backlog items; Work closely with engineering, architecture and QA teams to ensure eƯicient and high-quality delivery; Act as the functional reference for the squad, ensuring strong understanding of product behaviour and operational impact; Support backlog prioritization and sprint planning to align delivery with product objectives; Partner with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and compliance; Collaborate with Product Managers to refine requirements, define acceptance criteria, and ensure alignment with business objectives; Ensure delivery readiness, including refinement, clarification of requirements and removal of ambiguities; Contribute to the design of scalable and pragmatic solutions together with engineers and architects; Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technology teams.Requirements: Academic background in Economics, Management, Engineering or similar; Proven experience as a Product Owner, Senior Business Analyst, or similar role; Experience working with banking or financial services products, particularly card management, payments process or digital banking; Solid experience working in Agile product delivery environments; Strong understanding of backlog governance, user stories and delivery processes; Ability to translate complex business requirements into clear and actionable backlog items Strong stakeholder management and communication skills; Analytical mindset and attention to detail.Join our digital team and be part of the technological transformation shaping the future.
