We're hiring a Business Manager (Mid-level) to join our team in Luanda, Angola (hybrid model) and help drive commercial growth, build strong client relationships and close new deals in the IT consulting space.
Work model (rotation): 2 months in Angola / 1 month in Portugal (recurring).
This could be the perfect challenge if you have:
* 3+ years of experience in business development, sales or account management (preferably in IT/tech consulting)
* Solid experience managing client accounts and stakeholder expectations
* Strong negotiation, communication and leadership skills
* Autonomous, proactive and results-oriented mindset
* English and Portuguese (mandatory)
* Availability to work in a rotation model: 2 months in Angola / 1 month in Portugal
* Willingness to travel when needed and engage with decision-makers
Main responsibilities:
* Lead the development of strategic client relationships in the IT consulting space (Angola market)
* Identify and close new business opportunities with key accounts and new clients
* Oversee the preparation of proposals, pricing and contract negotiations
* Ensure seamless coordination with recruitment and delivery teams to meet client needs
* Monitor commercial KPIs (pipeline, revenue, margin) and ensure achievement of targets
