Business Analyst
This is your mission
Are you passionate about Tax, IT systems and business transformation? Then this position is for you.
As a Business Analyst, you will join a Tax IT Business Analyst team and play a key role in bridging Business and IT, ensuring that tax-related business needs are clearly understood, challenged and translated into high-quality functional requirements.
Build side:
* Contribute to pre-analysis activities in close collaboration with Business stakeholders
* Clarify, analyse and challenge business needs from a critical and constructive perspective
* Formalize functional requirements and ensure validation by Business
* Apply Business Analysis best practices throughout the requirement and change request lifecycle
* Provide functional expertise and guidance to IT development teams
Run side:
* Contribute to functional testing activities and support Business during user acceptance tests
* Follow projects and releases through all phases, ensuring functional consistency
* Respect workflows, planning and deadlines while maintaining a high level of reporting
* Support change management and ensure smooth adoption of delivered solutions
* Act as a trusted interface between Business and IT teams
This is your background
You hold a Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Finance, Management, Tax or Law.
You have at least 4 years of experience in the financial industry, with a strong focus on Tax activities.
You enjoy working in Agile environments and thrive in roles that require strong analytical skills and close interaction with both Business and IT teams.
This is your expertise:
* Expert-level knowledge of Tax activities and processes
* Mastery of Business Analysis best practices and Change Request lifecycle
* Strong experience in Agile methodologies
* Experience with relational databases (SQL preferred)
* Solid general IT knowledge (Custody knowledge is a plus)

* English: C1
