We are currently looking for an Accounts Payable specialist fluent in English to join the team of a multinational company.

Location: Porto (city center)

Work model: Hybrid (1x homeoffice)
Shedule: Monday to Friday, from 9h30 to 18h

Your mission:
As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth financial operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
Accurately receiving, validating, and processing all invoices and expense documents;
Making timely payments to suppliers and employees, closely monitoring payment terms to avoid delays and optimize cash flow;
Managing and resolving any payment queries or discrepancies, working closely with other departments to ensure prompt and effective solutions;
Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes, providing necessary reports and analysis to ensure account accuracy;
Contributing tothe continuous improvement of financial processes, proposing optimizations and automation ideas to enhance team efficiency.

What you need to embark on this mission:
Fluency in English (at least a B2 level);
Solid experience (at least 2 years) in Accounts Payable, Accounting, or Finance, preferably within a corporate or multinational environment;
Good computer skills, including advanced Excel proficiency;
Dynamism,proactivity and problem-solving attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within the role;
Strong analytical skills with great attention to detail to identify inconsistencies and interpret financial data critically;
High sense of responsibility and team spirit.
