Andan Foundation is an internationally operating Swiss non-profit humanitarian foundation, and as a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing various projects and initiatives to ensure their successful execution and alignment with the foundation's goals. This role entails managing project activities, fostering partnerships, and coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to support the foundation's mission.
Key Responsibilities: Project Management and Coordination Management of key projects of the organization: oversee the development and execution of different phases of the key projects in Europe for an international humanitarian foundation based in SwitzerlandEnsure alignment between strategic objectives, research, and practical implementation across all project phases.Oversee project timelines, manage workflows, and ensure efficient communication among stakeholders.Hands-on work on documents, calculations, project costing etc. Stakeholder Engagement and Partnerships Facilitate discussions and collaboration with global thought leaders, practitioners and investors and donors, representing the foundation at high levelWork closely with key stakeholders, including governments, international organizations, and private companies Advocacy Represent the projects at conferences, forums, and discussions, advocating for the vision of the foundation and the particular projectsOrganize and facilitate various events, including high-level roundtable discussions hosted by the foundation Funding and Strategic Development Identify potential funding sources and cultivate relationships with investors, donors, and partners to support the initiatives of the foundationAssist in preparing funding proposals, progress reports, and strategic documents to secure the necessary resources for the projects Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as International Relations, Management, Engineering, Architecture, Political Science, Public Administration, or similar fields.Over 5 years of experience working in project management or other management positions with experience relevant to this roleDemonstrated expertise in project managementIdeally some experience with raising funds for projects, IPOs, investor relations or similarStrong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with a diverse range of stakeholders.Exceptional organizational skills, along with excellent verbal and written communication abilities and keen attention to detail.Proficiency in English (both written and spoken). Knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
