What will you be doing?
* Ensure continuous operation of benchmarking ecosystems for fixed internet and video (>98% availability).
* Monitor and maintain dashboards (Power BI, Grafana), ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.
* Analyze KPIs and trends to propose improvements in customer experience.
* Maintain and evolve scripts and test scenarios in low-code environments.
* Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to resolve issues and support system evolution.
What are we looking for?
* Based in Portugal.
* Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; proactive and organized.
* Technical affinity with systems and logic (no aversion to scripting/programming).
* Experience with Power BI and SQL (Grafana is a plus).
* Good communication skills in English (minimum B1).
* Ability to work hybrid (3 days per week onsite).
