Your insights will directly influence product positioning, market strategy, and campaign development, ensuring that every move we make is backed by rigorous research and a deep understanding of our customers.What You'll Be Doing Supporting brand tracking and consumer research programmes across key marketsDesigning and implementing high-quality surveys tailored to campaign and brand insight needsPartnering with Marketing Managers to ensure research effectively supports campaign planning and measurementAssisting in managing survey panels, ensuring data quality and timely deliveryOrganising and executing ad hoc research requests and stakeholder briefsIntegrating research data into dashboards and analytic workflowsProviding day-to-day operational support to the Head of Research on ongoing projects and strategic initiativesWhat You'll Need Proven experience in market research, consumer insights, or a similar analytical role, preferably within a high-growth or tech-driven environmentSolid knowledge of both quantitative and qualitative research methods, with hands-on experience in survey design and data analysisFamiliarity with brand tracking tools, survey platforms, and panel managementThe ability to translate research findings into actionable insights that support marketing strategies and campaign performanceExcellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working cross-functionally with marketing, product, or data teamsImpeccable attention to detail and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlinesExperience with data visualisation tools (e.G., Tableau, Looker) and a basic understanding of analytic workflowsA proactive mindset, curiosity, and a passion for understanding customer behaviour and brand performanceBuilding a global financial super app isn't enough.
