Key accountabilities and decision ownership: Support the HR and Internal Comms Strategy, by developing and executing tactical comms plans and activities for transformation programmes, internal launches and overall strategic initiatives; Create regular institutional and informative content aligned with the company's values and guidelines, across the different channels (email, intranet, tv screens, internal social networks); Plan and execute the organization and promotion of internal events, such as workshops, trainings, and corporate celebrations; Collaborate with the HR and overall teams in cross functional initiatives; Monitor and analyse performance indicators of communication initiatives.
Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Management; Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously (comfortable with ambiguity); High level of creativity & innovation People and cultural understanding; Strong oral and written communication skills (great Portuguese skills) Excellent degree of autonomy, proactivity and self-motivation; Degree in Communication, Marketing, Economics or Management; "Project" and function management (+5 years); Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office; Good expertise in digital channels (familiarity with image and video editing tools, as well as internal communication platforms); Good measurement and statistics aptitude; Proficiency in English.
