Your Role & Responsibilities:
As a Back Office Specialist, you will support essential administrative operations related to car insurance policies.
Your daily tasks will include:
Ensure accurate registration of records in information systems and manage the administrative flow of prearranged operations.
Manage automotive claim repairs following contract coverage, check request admissibility, and analyze records to assess insurability and financial risk.
Notify customers and business partners of decisions, and liaise with various internal/external departments via phone and email.
Ensure strict compliance with established standards of quality, security, risk management, and professional data confidentiality.
Suggest enhancements to daily working methods and provide constructive feedback to the hierarchy.
Foster a healthy team spirit, share knowledge, maintain excellent working relationships, and handle stress professionally to ensure team stability.
Your Skills & Qualifications:
We are looking for a reliable team player who meets the following criteria:
Languages: Fluent spoken and written Italian (C2 or Native) + a good command of English or Portuguese.
Previous experience in customer support, administration, or related fields is highly valued.
Experience or basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is a huge plus!
Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational abilities, and the capacity to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative software.
What We Offer:
Base Salary: €1,000 – €1,100 gross/month (depending on experience).
Meal Allowance: €12 per day.
Comprehensive Health Insurance + Life Insurance.
First month on-site in Porto, with the possibility of moving to a hybrid work model at a later date.
Fixed shifts from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (including bank holidays).
