3.JOB FRAMEWORK
The Back-office Sales Assistant will report to the Operation Sales Manager.
4.THE CHALLENGE
As part of a growing company the Back-Office Sales Assistant will have the responsibility to develop, track and ensure the international client's needs. In line with development of the business, old and new client orders analyses and sales boost are some of the biggest challenges for this position.
5. PROFILE
Preferable an university education.
Experience in a similar position
Proficiency in French and preferably good command in English; - (French mandatory).
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Team-working attitude is mandatory.
Respect and gentle attitude with colleagues.
Excellent time management and organisational skills
Good Back-Office and strong analytical skills together with a helicopter view.
Deal making mindset and customer focused
Good interpersonal skills, particularly good relationship with the clients.
