About the Role:
* Play a vital role in ensuring smooth customer experiences by guiding users through clear and efficient written communication, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining a reliable platform.

* Key Responsibilities:
o Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email with professionalism, accuracy, and empathy.
o Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to resolve issues or escalate when necessary.
o Consistently meet service targets, including quality standards and SLAs.
o Stay updated on product features, platform changes, and best practices through regular training.
o Maintain a customer-first approach, offering clear solutions.

Your Qualifications:
* Proficiency in German (C1 level)
* Proficiency in English (B2 level)
* EU citizenship or Portuguese residency card
* At least one year of experience in Customer Support or a related field
* Strong analytical, leadership, and communication abilities
* Desire to learn and advance in the field
