Your contribution to something big:
As part of our Bosch Home Comfort central unit, you will join a dynamic 5-person product management team, working across multiple functions and countries. You will play a key role in maintaining our product portfolio while supporting internal communications and organizational development initiatives. Working within our multi-cultural and interdisciplinary team, you will collaborate with colleagues from different functions and countries, gaining exposure to international business practices.
This internship offers valuable experience in product management, data analysis, and business communication within a dynamic, global environment. You will have the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals, contribute to real-world business challenges, and develop valuable business skills. You will be responsible for:
* Take ownership of optimizing and updating the product portfolio;
* Create and deliver impactful presentations and reports for management and company-wide communications, highlighting key trends and insights;
* Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders while adapting communication for an international audience;
* Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and gaps;
* Maintain comprehensive documentation of processes, projects, and key initiatives;
* Support strategic KPI tracking and reporting;
* Support market requirement gathering through stakeholder engagement;
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment.
Qualifications
What distinguishes you:
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Communications, Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields;
* Fluent in English, additional languages are an advantage;
* Good knowledge of MS Office suite (particularly Excel and PowerPoint).
* Previous experience in creating professional presentations or communication materials;
* Proactive team player with strong communication and organizational skills;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
* Basic understanding of business communication principles an experience with data analysis or market research will be a plus.
