* Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to achieve smooth daily operations, implementing effective communication and teamwork strategies.
* Provide support and guidance to junior staff members, fostering their growth and development within the team.
* Contribute to menu planning and food costing processes, providing input on ingredient sourcing and ordering.
* Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to company policies and industry regulations.
* Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance culinary expertise and leadership skills.

Requirements and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
* 8+ years' experience in an upscale hotel, resort, or similar establishment.
* Proven track record of successfully leading and managing culinary teams.
* Degree from a reputable culinary school.
* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure.
* Possess strong business acumen, including financial management and inventory control.
* Ability to lead by example, demonstrating professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
