We're looking for a Clearing & Trade Operations AnalystWho We're Looking For:A detail-oriented and proactive professional to join our Clearing & Trade Operations team. This role is key in ensuring smooth trade allocation, reconciliation, and communication across multiple stakeholders.Professional Experience & Main TasksAct as the first point of contact for clients, brokers, and clearing houses regarding trade allocation and clearing activities Monitor daily trading activity to ensure accurate and timely allocation (T+0) Follow up on pending trades and liaise with brokers to ensure all transactions are properly booked Perform reconciliations between internal systems and exchange platforms Identify, assess, and manage operational risks Handle client exercises and perform necessary close-outs Support business and system enhancement projects (market releases, tools improvements) Ensure all client queries and issues are handled promptly and accurately Maintain clear communication between clients and back-office teams Monitor and control operational risks Contribute to system and process improvement initiatives Perform reconciliation across clients, markets, and internal systems Skills & ExperienceBachelor's degree (or equivalent) Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Knowledge of data management tools (Power Query, VBA, Python) is a plusLanguage Requirement English –B2Work Setup Hybrid
