You will oversee planning, execution, coordination, and reporting for a multi-entity transformation effort involving IT, business, and external vendors.

Your Responsibilities
Lead the
Corporate Actions Transformation Project
, ensuring adherence to scope, planning, and strategic objectives.
Maintain alignment of all stakeholders (IT, business, vendors, management) throughout the project lifecycle.
Manage and control
budgets, resources, schedules, risks, and dependencies
.
Ensure a deep understanding of both
functional requirements
and
technical constraints
to support informed decision-making.
Facilitate effective day-to-day execution: anticipate needs, remove blockers, and drive smooth collaboration.
Coordinate activities across multi-entity teams, ensuring consistent communication and alignment.
Produce clear, structured and regular reporting to senior management.

Profile Sought

8+ years of project management experience
, ideally within banking or post-trade environments.

transformation programs
with complex stakeholder landscapes.
?? Knowledge of
corporate actions
is a plus (not mandatory).
?? Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and maintain focus on key delivery objectives.
?? Experience working across
multi-entity and vendor ecosystems
