About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings.
* Manage and grow relationships with key accounts in hospital and specialty care settings
* Identify client needs and propose tailored solutions using our data, technology, and consulting capabilities
* Lead business development initiatives and manage complex sales cycles
* Engage with senior stakeholders including hospital administrators, medical directors, and procurement leads
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction
* Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and long-term account planning
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial roles within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare industry
* Proven track record working with hospitals, specialty clinics, or public/private healthcare institutions
* Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Business, or a related field (advanced degrees are a plus)
* Fluent in English (spoken and written)
* Strong understanding of specialty care areas (e.g., oncology, immunology, rare diseases)
* Familiarity with hospital procurement processes and healthcare decision-making structures
