Hotel Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced hotel leader to spearhead the operations of a luxury hotel in Alcácer do Sal, Portugal. This individual will champion operational excellence and foster a diverse team environment.
Responsibilities
* Oversee all aspects of hotel operations, maintaining high service standards for a luxury brand.
* Train and motivate a diverse, multinational team.
* Ensure guests receive top-quality service and handle special requests from international guests and investors.
* Maintain excellent online reviews and ratings.
* Meet financial targets and control costs; collaborate with sales teams to attract guests.
Qualifications
* 10+ years hotel experience (5+ years as General Manager in 4/5-star hotels).
* Experience with luxury brands preferred.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese.
* Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.

* Strong command of front office, housekeeping, F&B, maintenance, and guest services; ensure day-to-day performance and 4-star quality standards.

* Budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and revenue optimization with understanding of sales, marketing, and distribution strategies.
