Job Description:
As a Technical Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to customers across various channels. Your primary responsibility will be to handle customer inquiries related to online orders, ensuring seamless communication and resolving any issues that may arise.
Key Responsibilities:
* Resolve customer complaints regarding delivery, returns, refunds, and payment issues.
* Collaborate with logistics teams to ensure timely resolution of customer queries.
* Evaluate and resolve complex customer cases efficiently.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and escalate critical cases when necessary.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* C2-level Swedish proficiency, along with fluent English (C1).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
* Ability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
* Prior experience in customer support or back-office operations is a significant advantage.
* EU member state ID or valid residence card for Portugal.
