- Participate in communications with partners and clients when needed.
- Understand and follow the company release processes.
- Assist in requirements analysis, development, unit testing, and documentation.
- Write quality code to meet unique customer needs and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and debug with guidance from senior team members if needed.
- Gain a deeper understanding of the company platform and processes and suggest improvements.Qualifications- Academic background in IT or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Minimum of 6 years' hands-on experience with PHP in production environments.
- Extensive knowledge of PHP 7.3 through 8.1, performance optimization and modern PHP practices.
- Deep understanding of OOP, design patterns, anti-patterns, and SOLID principles, able to mentor others.
- Proven experience with relational DBMS, performance tuning, and complex query design.
- Proficiency with project and version control tools such as Atlassian suite, Git, or SVN.
- Strong background in unit, integration, and functional testing; experience with test automation frameworks.
- Solid foundation in algorithms and distributed systems, able to design scalable solutions.
- Excellent command of English, written and spoken.Nice to Have- Experience with e-commerce solutions such as Magento, Prestashop, CS-Cart, xCart or any PHP CMS like WordPress, Drupal, Joomla.
- Knowledge of JavaScript (ES6) is a plus.
- Experience with micro-services architecture, ideally in an e-commerce scope.
